” Why why why why ? ”
Some of the few things I’ve been hearing a lot lately. I will not get into the ” why’s ” and ” hows” . A whole other post there. But I just want to share how I deal with a lot of that pressure and negativity.
- I tell myself, right now there’s genocide happening in the world. Some kid is being tortured. People are worried about where their next meal is going to come from
- Then there’s me. Something about a written/verbal error.
I suddenly feel so much better. I don’t neglect the problem. I learn from it without the whole guilt, shame and hate trip I’d usually put myself through.
I just feel so much better about it.
In the grand scheme of things, my problems are not only irrelevant but also shamefully non existent.
